Section 1 features watt-hour, var-hour and phase shifter connection diagrams along with a detailed rendering of how the phase shifter is actually shifting the applied voltages by 90 degrees. A valuable tool for developing a working understanding of how phase shifted reactive metering was wired. Section 2 contains 6 diagrams detailing the metering of four wire WYE customer delivered circuits on two element meters.
